At SAP’s Annual Conference in Orlando, Shah Karim, ceo of SafeRock, spoke on a panel on Leadership and People Potential. Shah was invited to speak by ASUG at this 25th anniversary meeting on May 18, 2016.

The Panel was moderated by Sherry Meyer of SAP. Other panelists included Bill Cantor, Professor, Penn State University, Katelynn Heckett, Deloitte Consulting, and Casey Condon, SAP. “It was a great experience to speak at SAPPHIRE 2016, and a privilege to be on this panel together. We had a wide-ranging, interactive discussion with an informed international audience.”

In his presentation, Shah described leadership challenges, the importance of nurturing talent, and how this increases company value. In addition, the panel discussed how universities can get engaged with this, ASUG’s perspective on people potential, and community observations on millennials and talent to support digital transformation.
